EVA injection technology

We have a “Main Group E266UP – 6” multi-station linear machine with 12 stations for the injection of EVA-based expanded cross-linked masterbatch,interconnected in Industry 4.0

The EVA, supplied in the form of granules, is then injected molten at controlled temperatures and controlled times and then ends its production cycle in the relevant forms of Cooling.

The choice of this material is particularly suitable for high quality articles because of its peculiar characteristics of finish and definition.

Injection moulding of EVA is appreciated for its lightness, flexibility and ability to absorb shocks and it is often chosen for sports shoes, sandals, slippers and other shoes that require comfort and cushioning.

This production process also allows for greater precision in sole design.
